The Martin® Brush Belt Cleaners removel fines and residue from ribbed, flighted, grooved or chevron conveyor belts. To meet your needs and budget, different versions are available.

It features a one or two-horsepower motor (depending on belt width), which has a brush against belt motion, and the spiral brush conveyor belt cleaner uses 0.038in (0.96mm) polypropylene bristles, which are wrapped around the hub.

Moist material, which would plug other brushes, is removed with a strip brush conveyor belt cleaner that uses 12 brush strips. These are made with 0.040in (1mm) polypropylene bristles.

The cleaners are suited for light to medium-duty applications, on belts from 18in to 72in (400mm to 2000 mm), and the Martin® Brush Conveyor Belt Cleaner accommodates a maximum 3/8" cleat height.
