LIFEVIEW® is our modular suite of condition monitoring solutions designed to evaluate the health of rotating electrical machines and marketed under our Quartzteq brand to deliver permanent online monitoring or portable offline analysis with a supporting range of sensors and modules.
Online monitoring
LIFEVIEW PDAII is a permanent online condition monitoring system for HV machines, providing continuous monitoring of the Partial Discharge (PD) activity with additional modules available to monitor shaft voltage and rotor flux. ATEX certification is available.
LIFEVIEW LIVE is a permanent installation for PD monitoring with additional modules available to monitor shaft voltage and rotor flux.
LIFEVIEW MOBILE is a mobile solution for periodic, online PD monitoring of multiple machines.
Our LIFEVIEW monitoring equipment is compatible with all Quartzteq sensors, as well as PD sensors from other manufacturers.
Offline monitoring
LIFEVIEW QTD is for monitoring PD and Tan Delta (Loss Factor) of winding insulation. PD coupler is built-in, with 34kV or 50kV versions available.
LIFEVIEW QLF offers HV testing, using a very low frequency (VLF) power source – lightweight and portable option for mobile HV testing (PD, Tan Delta, PI, and IR testing available) with measurements up to 24kV at 0.1Hz output and a total weight of less than 50kg.
Sensors
Sensors and modules for a range of parameters, including partial discharge, air gap, and shaft voltage. Suitable for both safe area and Ex environments and for voltages up to 34kV. It can be installed from new or retro-fitted at a later date.
