Power Purchase Agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to Electric Reliability Council of Texas under a power purchase agreement, starting from 2015.
Contractors Involved
M. A. Mortenson was selected to render EPC services for the wind power project.
Vestas Wind Systems was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 75 units of V110-2.0 turbines, each with 2MW nameplate capacity.
Vestas Wind Systems is the O&M contractor for the wind power project. The operation and maintenance contract commenced from 2015, for a period of 10 years.
