Power Purchase Agreement
The power generated from the Ratnagiri Wind Farm_Greenko (Ratnagiri Wind Farm_Greenko I) is sold to Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution under a power purchase agreement. The power is sold at the rate of $0.088kWh for a period of 13 years, starting from 2013. The contracted capacity is 65.6MW.
The power generated from the Ratnagiri Wind Farm_Greenko (Ratnagiri Wind Farm_Greenko II) is sold to Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution under a power purchase agreement. The power is sold at the rate of $0.087kWh for a period of 13 years, starting from 2015. The contracted capacity is 36MW.
Contractors Involved
Ratnagiri Wind Farm_Greenko (Ratnagiri Wind Farm_Greenko I) is equipped with GE Renewable Energy 1.6-82.5 turbines. The phase consists of 41 turbines with 1.6MW nameplate capacity.
Ratnagiri Wind Farm_Greenko (Ratnagiri Wind Farm_Greenko II) is equipped with GE Renewable Energy turbines. The phase consists of 20 turbines, each with 1.8MW nameplate capacity.
GE India Industrial is the O&M contractor for the Ratnagiri Wind Farm_Greenko (Ratnagiri Wind Farm_Greenko I). The operation and maintenance contract commenced from 2013, for a period of 7 years.
