The First Methanation Tests

The first test of the methanation was completed successfully in Gussing in cooperation with the Swiss Paul Scherer Institute. This process enables the production of regional gas in wooded areas. The first real production of methane took place in December 2008 and it was awarded the Schweighofer Prize in June 2009.
