ZS Zylinder-Service GmbH engineers and supplies hydraulic cylinders and hydraulically driven special machines such as aggregates and electrical control.

ZS is specialised in the fabrication of special cylinders designed to match customer needs. Besides some smaller cylinders, the company mainly offers cylinders with piston diameters between 200mm and 1,000mm, as well as pressures between 180 bar and 480 bar.

Building new cylinders and repairing more than 50,000 hydraulic cylinders for coal mining and other industries has created a big potential of technical know-how in ZS. As an expert in the fabrication of cylinders, ZS has quite some experience with sealing systems, scrapers, guiding systems, vibration, fluctuating pressure and corrosion.
