We understand the demands placed on storage tanks and pressure vessels in the pulp and paper industry, and we have supplied condensers, tube heat exchangers, heat exchangers and tanks for filtrate, soap, sodium hydroxide and pulp to numerous companies in the pulp and paper industry.

TUBE HEAT EXCHANGERS FOR ENERGY-EFFICIENT INDUSTRY
With energy prices at current levels, tube heat exchangers are a very attractive product. They transfer heat from one medium to another through piping and can be used for both heating and cooling.
Heat exchangers often operate under high pressures and temperatures, which requires smart design, high quality and careful choice of materials.

SITE-BUILT STORAGE TANKS – EVEN WHERE SPACE IS TIGHT
If you need to store chemicals or other liquids that call for high-quality equipment in stainless or acid-resistant steel, we have what it takes to build it.
We can do this at our own facility or on location at your site. We also work with high-strength and competitively priced steels, such as various duplex alloys.
Larger vessels are fabricated with the help of hydraulic jacks. The tank is rotated continuously and all shell welding is automated. Work is carried out in specially constructed welding stations that provide weather protection.
The entire fabrication process is carried out safely at ground level and we can build tanks in restricted spaces. ÖMV is also able to dismantle existing tanks and make connections to existing pipe networks.
PRESSURE VESSELS – FROM DESIGN TO PRODUCTION
We delivered our first pressure vessel back in 1959. Today, ÖMV designs, fabricates and produces a variety of pressure vessels for customers around the world.
For example, we produce: reactors, expansion vessels, condensate tanks, columns, vacuum vessels and cyclones.
