An underground PFS Transformer Substation is being installed in Argentina. This substation will include two distribution transformers of 800kVA and 13.2kV. It has small dimensions and is designed for public or private medium voltage distribution networks.
The transformer substation is equipped with the most modern technology and tests have been carried out to guarantee the safety of the people who will operate it for maintenance. Tests have also been carried out on equipment and environmental aspects regarding the spill of oil in case of transformer leakage.
It is also worthwhile mentioning the almost non-existing visual impact of Ormazabal’s transformer substations.
