ETD provides asset management services to conventional and CCGT plants worldwide. These include Plant Condition Assessment, Risk-Based Inspection and Management, Crack Assessment, Plant Integrity and Life Assessment, Benchmarking, as well as Boiler Tube Failure Management.
Above all, ETD specialises in cost calculations and prediction of O&M costs for future plant operation.
At present ETD is conducting bottom up and also top down analyses for utilities in Europe, the US and Canada, using its own cost models and a large power plant database.
This analysis includes costs for both base load and cyclic plant operation (i.e. cold, warm and hot start up costs).
