VJIKKS ENGG POWER (M) SDN BHD, with good experience in Power Industry entered into other industries and successfully executed jobs by applying the expertise learnt in Power Industry such as alumina ceramic wear resistant lining.
Having equipped with such a team of personnel with strong process knowledge about every system in a conventional fossil fuel fired power plants including combined cycle gas turbine power plants, VJIKKS ENGG POWER had boldly and successfully implemented a project in a balloon manufacturing industry.
Everts (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd the only balloon manufacturing industry in Malaysia, placed order on VJIKKS ENGG POWER (M) SDN BHD, in 2013, to do alumina ceramic lining in one of the ball mills used to mix titanium dioxide. VJIKKS ENGG POWER had successfully completed the job also.
After having experienced good performance for two years Everts placed a repeat order on VJIKKS ENGG POWER (M) SDN BHD to do alumina ceramic lining in a few of their other ball mills used for similar process application.
VJIKKS ENGG POWER with their team of personnel having experienced in design and installation of coal fired power plant and cement plant’s wear resistant alumina ceramic liners, with a clear and high confidence will again take up the repeat order job and successfully complete the project as done in 2013.
