Keeping with the strategy of diversifying into allied products, Keld Ellentoft India has tied up with a Canadian damper manufacturer, MCM Steel, to design and manufacture all types of industrial dampers in India. This product not only complements Keld’s existing product range; it also offers a more comprehensive product array to its customers making Keld a one-stop shop for multiple products.
MCM Steel has been designing and manufacturing dampers for several years and has a strong research and development team. With their support and the intense training undergone by Keld personnel for design, manufacturing, inspection and installation, we are confident to meet even the most aggressive requirements on our customers. In fact, we are currently involved in giving a solution to a very unique application where the customer needs to replace the damper every six months and no other damper manufacturer in that region has been able to give a long-lasting solution.
With the power industry on the up-swing, Keld expects orders from large players like Alstom, BGR Energy, Cethar Vessels, Thermax, etc. for power projects being executed in India and abroad.
