Railway

The cleaning liquid lifecycle is increased with the Aqua Clean oil separator, which removes oil from the cleaning liquid surface. For grease we have a special grease separator unit. Aqua Clean By-Pass filtering units give a longer lifecycle for cleaning liquid, which will save customers production costs and increase productivity with shorter downtime.

Aqua Clean have developed cleaning solutions for motors parts with extremely high cleaning result requirements. We offer a wide range of accessories and a wide jig system for parts with different geometry.
The Aqua Clean Super Brush cleaning machine is a tailored cleaning unit for airplane rims. It works with high flowing liquid and Super Brush technology to give exceptionally good cleaning results. It can work in the robotized cleaning cell to increase productive significantly.
Industrial
In the industrial sector there are many different parts that need cleaning. Part sizes can be very small or very large. Aqua Clean offers solutions both. For example, the wind energy business needs cleaning solution for large diameter and very heavy pieces. Aqua Clean can offer cleaning solutions for these while providing excellent results. We have delivered industrial cleaning machines for the wind energy sector with cleaning capacity of 4m x 4m x 4m and parts weighing approximately 20,000kg.
When customers need huge capacity for small and middle size parts, we offer cleaning machines with conveyors. This system is equipped with a part-handling robot.
For all business sectors we offer the Basket Rotating Cleaning (BRC) machine. The BRC-series is our solution to production applications that require cleanliness and drying and have components that are bulky and have a complicated geometry. This means that it’s not enough to clean the components external surfaces, but clean inside and out. The BRC cleaning machine has a wide range of accessories, including ultrasonic rods and drying units.

ACV-Single
Aqua Clean ACV-Single is one-stage cleaning machine series consisting of types of single stage cleaning machines for when only cleaning without rinsing is enough.
ACV-Multi
The Aqua Clean ACV-Multi series cleaning machine can be a two-stage or three-stage cleaning machine depending on customer requirements. The multi-stage cleaning machine cleans and rinses, ensuring there are no detergent residues. If the multi-stage cleaning machine is equipped with a drying system, the customer can receive almost dry pieces from the cleaning cabin. This will save time drying after the cleaning process and ensure pieces are ready for the next production stage faster. (Drying results depend on parts geometry, size, and channels. Aqua Clean can’t guarantee completely dry results without tests).
ACV-BRC
The Basket Rotating Cleaner (BRC) is the best choice for customers who produce small or complicated parts in huge volumes. Engine blocks are an example of a complicated part. There could many small channels and threaded holes with closed bottoms. The ACV-BRC cleaning machine is the perfect choice for these because the cleaning basket can rotate 360° and remove oil and metal chips from channels and holes.
Rail solution
For the railway sector we offer special ACV-Bogie cleaners and the ACV-Wheelset cleaning machine. The Bogie cleaner cleans whole bogies from trains, undergrounds, and trams before the maintenance process. There are a wide range of accessories for the Bogie cleaning machine.
