MN8 Energy was formed by Goldman Sachs Asset Management entering into an agreement with Goldman Sachs Renewable Power LLC (“GSRP”), an investment vehicle launched in 2017, to separate from the firm into a new independent company.
The company develops, builds, and manages renewable energy projects. With over 3.2-gigawatt solar fleet comprised of over 875 projects across 28 states, over 270 megawatts of battery storage projects and EV charging solutions serves clients worldwide.
