STROS is participating in the CONEXPO-CON/AGG and IFPE 2011 trade fair, which will be held in Las Vegas, US, 22-26 March. The booth takes up an area of 1,200ft² in the Gold Lot, the fair’s most prestigious outdoor area.
This year, STROS will proudly present a dual construction hoist NOV 3242 UP3 F6-II with a capacity of 7,000lbs and lifting speed of 215fpm without counterweight. The machine is innovative in many ways, featuring a modern car interior design and sophisticated control and signalisation elements.
A highlight of the exhibit will be an HS-1200-F4 permanently installed industrial elevator. This machine is representative of a new series developed together with Hoist-Co, distributor of the industrial range for STROS in the US. The elevator boasts a modern control and signalisation system and is equipped with a lowering device that was developed especially for this series. The machine will be installed in a power plant in North Carolina at the conclusion of the show. It is the first permanently installed industrial elevator to be shown by STROS at a trade fair.
STROS will be assisted by its North American partners at the show, namely Urban Construction Equipment from Toronto, Hoist-Co from Kansas, and Imperial Crane Services from Chicago.
STROS is participating in the event for the second time, after a successful show-up in 2008.
