Field System Machining, the field machining, turbine overhaul and mill machinery repair pioneer, welcomes Jim Rish as southern region area field manager. Rish’s territory includes Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee and the Florida Panhandle. His responsibilities include turbine overhaul, steam path repair and field machining project site inspections at power plants, paper mills, steel mills, extrusion plants and other target manufacturing facilities.
Rish brings over 25 years of territory management expertise to Field System Machining, including previous management positions with AJ Weller, Hydrotex and MTW 2000.
“We are delighted with the addition of Jim to our team,” said Tony Piwowarczyk, Field System Machining’s business development director. “We value the relationships we have developed with our Southern Region customers over the past 32 years, and Jim allows us to provide a personal, local level of service, which our clients appreciate.”
Rish holds an economics degree from Mercer University. He and his wife reside in Cleveland, GA, US.
