Turbine Technology Services Corporation (TTS), a full-service gas turbine engineering services firm based in Orlando, Florida, is celebrating a year of accomplishments in the global power generation industry, culminating with their attendance to PowerGen 2012 in Orlando, Florida.

As a leader in gas turbine engineering, TTS has been widely recognized throughout the power generation industry for its accomplishments, including the successful completion of a fuel conversion project in collaboration with Young & Franklin, which was showcased in power engineering media worldwide.

Throughout 2012, TTS also had an active participation in turbomachinery symposia and industry events throughout the U.S., such as the 7FA Users Group or the Combustion Turbine Operations Technical Forum, known industry wide for its acronym CTOTF.

Training was another important accomplishment for TTS, which included a ‘Gas Turbine Inspection and Maintenance’ seminar in Australia that attracted turbine professionals from all over Asia and Southeast Asia, looking to learn about innovative turbine knowledge from an American engineering company.

PowerGen is the last major event of the year for TTS and this year it is held in its home city of Orlando, December 11-13 at the Orange County Convention Center on International Drive.

"We look forward to PowerGen every year because it is an opportunity to interact with clients and industry partners," said Tony Thornton, President of TTS. "Since we are located in Orlando, this is an opportunity for clients to visit TTS and see the new products and projects being handled by our company."

PowerGen is the largest power generation trade show in the world and its Orlando edition attracts power generation companies, power plant managers, turbine operators and aftermarket service providers who come together to showcase products, services and technologies under one roof.
