Joining Technologies identifies potential production issues and works directly with its customers to develop innovative solutions. For one nationally known maker of large volume twisted wire brushes used in cytology to obtain cell samples, Joining Technologies developed and implemented an innovative manufacturing approach that improved quality and reliability, while facilitating the transition to a semi-automated highly engineered production system.
The new product went on to win an American Brush Manufacturers Association (ABMA) William Cordes Innovation Excellence Award, given to recognise outstanding innovation in any manufactured product, component, or service in the brush industry.
