Field System Machining (FSM), the field machining, turbine overhaul and mill machinery repair pioneer, welcomes Don Aarts as factory representative and manager of the northwest territory. Aarts will be calling on customers located within the states of Washington and Oregon. His responsibilities include representation of FSM repair and restoration capabilities for turbine overhaul, steam path repair and field machining projects at power plants, paper and pulp mills, steel mills, extrusion plants, ship yards and other heavy manufacturing facilities.

excellence.”
Aarts brings to Field System Machining over 25 years of territory management expertise, including previous
experience representing industrial engineering and automated equipment manufacturing. He holds an
Associate in Arts degree from Riverside City College and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cal State University –
Sacramento. A long time resident of the Seattle area, Aarts works out of his office in Bellevue, Wash.
