Alumast is a leading designer and manufacturer of composite columns for worldwide power companies.
Products include a wide range of composite lighting columns, smartpoles, flagpoles, teletechnical poles, and lightning protection masts.
Lightweight composite columns for the power sector
Composite lighting columns have a lifespan of up to 40 years and do not require any heavy assembly equipment during installation and operation due to their low weight and insulating parameters.
Alumast provides governments, road management companies, and designers with support and training in polymer composites and their impact on passive safety levels, investment innovation and intelligent solution implementation.
The company’s subsidiary, Energy Composites, is the first and only company in Poland offering energy poles made of composite materials.
Energy Composites has been operating in the energy industry since 2014. The company is a leading producer of innovative, composite transmission poles for low-voltage (LV) and medium-voltage (MV) lines, steel and composite equipment, as well as energy mobile service lines.
The company’s solutions are employed by leading energy market companies such as TAURON Dystrybucja, PGE Dystrybucja, Enea Operator, and ENERGA OPERATOR.
EU-standard lightweight composite modular poles
Cost-efficient service poles can be used during a power failure to create a bypass as a short-term solution without the need to switch off electricity when repairing power lines.
Modular poles can be easily stored as they are only made up of two units. EKO composite transmission poles are an innovative energy product designed for the construction of overhead LV and MV lines.
The pole’s main advantages include durability, safety and low maintenance costs. Composite poles do not conduct electricity, which enhances the level of safety during operation.
Lightweight composite service poles are fully compliant with European Union (EU) standards for environmental protection and passive safety. They are also an ideal solution for building or modernising power lines in hard-to-reach places.
Energy Composites’ products have a high mechanical resistance, do not conduct electricity, and have no scrap value. Carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions are low during composite pole production, and materials used are 100% recyclable. Installation costs are low and heavy building equipment is not needed.
