KAIXO Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 200 hectares.

The project generates 165,000MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 120,000 households, offsetting 60,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $102.885m.

The project consists of 204,060 modules.

Development status

The project construction commenced in 2016 and subsequently entered into commercial operation in June 2018.

Contractors involved

Dominion Energy was selected to render engineering procurement construction services for the solar PV power project.

Zigor Corporacion supplied its CTR3 inverters to the project site.

Dominion Energy is the O&M contractor for the solar PV power project for a period of 20 years.
