Los Vientos II wind power project is the second phase of the 402MW project announced last month and includes a 200WM Los Vientos I wind power project.

Under the terms of a 25-year power purchase agreement, CPS Energy and Austin Energy will buy the power generated from the first and the second phases of the project.

Construction of the Los Vientos II wind power is expected to commence this December and will assume commercial operations by 2012.
