Integrated Asset Management and Econergy Systems have completed the acquisition of Italy-based solar photovoltaic power plants, which have a combined capacity of 34MW for €127m ($141.33m).
Integrated’s subsidiary Integrated Alternative Investments (IAI) acted as the advisor and arranger of the transaction, while the deal was financed by an Integrated-led group and a senior facility from Mediocredito Italiano.
Banca IMI acted as the agent and Armon Capital acted as the advisor to Integrated’s asset management for the transaction.
Norvestor VII L.P has signed an agreement to acquire Palamon Capital Partners’ 80% share in Eneas Group in exchange for NOK750m ($89.62m).
Eneas Group operates through its subsidiaries Eneas Holding, Eneas Energy, Eneas Energy, Eneas Services, Eneas Services, and Neras Direkte.
The transaction is expected to close in August 2016.

By GlobalDataOneRoof Energy has signed definitive agreements to sell interest in 19.8MW of solar projects under development to two different third parties.
The total value of the two transactions is $61m. Of the total, $19m was paid on the date of announcement, while the remaining $42m is expected in tranches through September 2016.
Net proceeds from the transactions will be used by OneRoof Energy to fund its projects and pay outstanding loans.
