Kenon Holdings Ltd’s Singapore-based subsidiary IC Power Pte Ltd has announced its intention to raise up to approximately $388.5m in gross proceeds by issuing 25.9 million new ordinary shares in an initial public offering (IPO) between $12 and $15 each.
Underwriters will also be granted an option to purchase up to an additional 3,885,000 ordinary shares to cover any over-allocations.

A special purpose vehicle (SPV) named Neerg Energy will be held by a trust and make the private placement.
Danish integrated energy company DONG Energy and Australian financial services company Macquarie Group Limited, are set to acquire 85% stake in the 128MW Formosa I offshore wind project located in Taiwan. DONG will acquire a 35% stake in the project, while Macquarie will gain 50%.
The windfarm is currently owned by Swancor Renewable Energy Co Ltd, a subsidiary of Swancor Industry Co Ltd.
