Atlantis Resources has announced a public offering of 8% bonds, due 2023.
The move is intended to raise between £2m ($2.82m) and £5m ($7.04m) in gross proceeds.
The offering will be made through Atlantis’ fully owned subsidiary Atlantis Future Energy.
Peer-to-peer platform Abundance Investment structured the deal and is managing the process.
Proceeds raised from the offering will be used for fast-tracking Atlantis Resources’ project pipeline, repayment of debts, and general working capital purposes.
Based in Singapore, Atlantis Resources is engaged in renewable energy generation.
