The project is currently owned by U.S. Department of the Interior with a stake of 100%.
The hydro reservoir capacity is 1,761.23 million cubic meter. The total number of penstocks, pipes or long channels that carry water down from the hydroelectric reservoir to the turbines inside the actual power station, are 4 in number. The penstock diameter is 3.658m. The project generated 362.031 GWh of electricity.

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries was selected as the turbine supplier for the hydro power project. The company provided 4 units of francis turbines, each with 62.5MW nameplate capacity.
