The project is developed and owned by Shaanxi Hanjiang Investment / Development. The company has a stake of 100%.
Xihe is a reservoir based project. The hydro reservoir capacity is 229 million cubic meter. The project generated 492 GWh of electricity. The project cost is $151m.
