The project is being developed and currently owned by Edify Energy.

Woodstock Solar Farm is a ground-mounted solar project which is planned over 540 hectares.

The project is expected to generate 532,000MWh electricity and supply enough clean energy to power 100,000 households. The project is expected to offset 273,687t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is expected to be around $436m.
