The project was developed by Terrain Solar and is currently owned by University of Queensland with a stake of 100%.
Warwick Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 154 hectares.
The project generates 160,000MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 25,000 households, offsetting 60,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $87.31m.
The project consists of 200,000 modules.
