The project is being developed and currently owned by Volta River Authority.
The electricitiy generated from the plant will offset 97,073t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is expected to be around $177.308m.

Contractors Involved
Tractebel Engineering is expected to render EPC services for the wind power project.
