Description
Vladikavkaz II Substation project, which is an upgrade substation, will be operated by Federal Grid Company of Unified Energy System.
The designed voltage level of the substation is 330kV and the operating voltage level is 330kV.
The step-in voltage of the project is 330kV. Upon completion, the substation will have a capacity of 400MVA.

The development of the Vladikavkaz II Substation project was approved by Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation in 2019. The project is expected to be commissioned in 2021. Approximately $26.81m was financed by the authorities to undertake the construction works of the project.
