The power generated from the project is sold to Sistema Electrico Interconectado Nacional under a power purchase agreement. The power is sold at the rate of $0.069kWh for a period of 20 years. The contracted capacity is 97.15MW.

Tres Hermanas (Tres Hermanas I) is equipped with Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy SWT-3.0-108 turbines. The phase consists of 25 turbines with 3.15MW nameplate capacity.
Tres Hermanas (Tres Hermanas II) is equipped with Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy SWT-2.3-108 turbines. The phase consists of 8 turbines with 2.3MW nameplate capacity.
Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy is the O&M contractor for the wind power project for a period of 6 years.
CS Wind has supplied towers for the wind power project.
