The proportion of contracts by category tracked by GlobalData in the month was as follows:
- Supply & Erection: 56 contracts and a 90.3% share
- Project Implementation: three contracts and a 4.8% share
- Repair, Maintenance, Upgrade & Others: two contracts and a 3.2% share
- Consulting & Similar Services: one contract and a 1.6% share.
Europe leads T&D equipment activity in July 2020
Comparing contracts activity in T&D equipment segment in different regions of the globe, Europe held the top position with 43 contracts and a share of 69.4% during July 2020, followed by North America with 12 contracts and a 19.4% share and Asia-Pacific with four contracts and a 6.5% share.

Wind is leading technology for T&D equipment contracts in July 2020
Among the technologies, wind accounted for eight contracts with a 72.7% share, followed by thermal with two contracts and an 18.2% share and hydro with one contract and a 9.1% share.
