Description
The project is being developed and currently owned by Skipjack Offshore Wind.
The project is expected to generate 455,458MWh electricity and supply enough clean energy to power 35,000 households. The project cost is expected to be around $720m. The turbines will be mounted on fixed monopile foundations and will be interconnected by 34.5kV inter-array cable.
Development Status
Post completion of the construction, the project is expected to get commissioned in 2026.
Contractors Involved
GE Renewable Energy will be the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company is expected to supply Haliade-X 12 MW model turbines for the project.
