Description

Georgia Power and Gulf Power are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 75% and 25% respectively.

It is a Steam Turbine power plant. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is subbituminous. In case of shortage of subbituminous the plant can also run on Distillate Fuel Oil. The fuel is procured from Wyoming’s Powder River Basin.

The project generated 4,457,313MWh of electricity.
