Description
The project was developed by Rocky Ridge Wind Project. Gulf Pacific Power and Enel Green Power North America are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 80% and 20% respectively.
The project generates 600,000MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 45,000 households, offsetting 450,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $250m.

The project is currently active. The project got commissioned in June 2012.

The power generated from the project is sold to Western Farmers Electric Cooperative under a power purchase agreement.
Contractors Involved
GE Renewable Energy was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 93 units of GE-1.6-XLE turbines, each with 1.6MW nameplate capacity.
Enel Green Power North America is the O&M contractor for the wind power project.
