Description
The project is being developed by TBEA Xinjiang New Energy. Shenneng New Energy Qinghai and TBEA Xinjiang New Energy are currently owning the project.
The turbines that are getting installed on the Xinjiang Mulei Laojunmiao Wind Farm (Xinjiang Mulei Laojunmiao Wind Farm-I), will be using Tubular Steel towers.

Development status
The project construction is expected to commence from 2014. Subsequent to that it will enter into commercial operation by March 2016.
