Description

The project was developed by Enel Green Power Peru and is currently owned by Enel Americas with a stake of 100%.

The project generates 600GWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 480,000 households, offsetting 285,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.

Power purchase agreement

The power generated from the project is sold to Ministry of Energy and Mines, Peru under a power purchase agreement for a period of 20 years, starting from 2018.

CJR Renewables SGPS was selected to render engineering procurement construction services for the wind power project.

Nordex was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 42 units of AWP 125-3.15 turbines, each with 3.15MW nameplate capacity.
