Description
The project was developed by Taweelah Asia Power. Abu Dhabi National Energy, Marubeni, Pendekar Power Labuan and Kyuden International are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 70%, 14%, 10% and 6% respectively.
It is a Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power plant. The fuel is procured from Emirates Water and Electricity Co.
