The project was developed by Parque Eolico Taltal. Enel Green Power Chile and Enel Chile are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 99.99% and 0.01% respectively.
The project generates 300,000MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 170,000 households, offsetting 200,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.
