Southern Bighorn Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project.

The project is expected to generate 1,000,000MWh electricity and supply enough clean energy to power 180,000 households. The project is expected to offset 600,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.

Development status

The project construction is expected to commence from 2024. Subsequent to that it will enter into commercial operation by May 2025.

Power purchase agreement

The power generated from the project will be sold to NV Energy under a power purchase agreement for a period of 25 years. The offtake capacity is expected to be 300MW.
