Description
The project is being developed by Cong ty Co Phan Thuy Dien Song Tranh 4, Song Tranh 3 Hydro Power and Vietnam Electricity. These companies also have ownership stakes in the project.
The hydro reservoir capacity is planned to be 20 million cubic meter.
