The project was developed by Solar Electric Solutions. Alberta Investment Management, The AES, StepStone Group and ULLICO are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 26%, 26%, 24% and 24% respectively.

SEPV Palmdale East Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project.

The project generates 27,000MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 3,500 households.
