Description
The project was developed by Guohua Qingyuan Power Generation. China Shenhua Energy, Qingyuan Yanhu Investment, China Energy Engineering and Yingde Zhenyang Electric Power Investment are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 51%, 20%, 19% and 10% respectively.
It is a Steam Turbine power plant.
