It is a Steam Turbine with Cogen power plant. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is natural gas. In case of shortage of natural gas the plant can also run on Fuel Oil. The fuel is procured from LLC Gazprom Mezhregiongas Ukhta, CJSC Russian Gas Company, OJSC NOVATEK.
The project generated 3,635,210MWh of electricity.
