The project was developed by Hedcor. Aboitiz Equity Ventures, JERA, PCD Nominee and Others are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 51.87%, 27%, 14.88% and 6.25% respectively.

Bukidnon II Electric Cooperative, Misamis Occidental I Electric Cooperative, Siargao Electric Cooperative, Zamboanga del Norte Electric Cooperative, Zamboanga del Sur I Electric Cooperative and Zamboanga del Sur II Electric Cooperative are the power offtakers from the project.

Contractors involved

Andritz Hydro was selected as the turbine supplier for the hydro power project.

The electric generators for the project were procured from Andritz Hydro.
