Description

Huaneng Power International, Jiangsu Guoxin Investment Group, PetroChina Kunlun Gas Utilization and Nanjing Municipal Investment are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 51%, 21%, 21% and 7% respectively.

It is a CCGT with Cogen power plant. The fuel is procured from West-East Gas Transport Project.

The project generated 1,358,000MWh of electricity.

Development status

The project got commissioned in April 2013.

Power purchase agreement

The power generated from the project is sold to State Grid Jiangsu Electric Power under a power purchase agreement.

Contractors involved

GE Power was selected as the turbine supplier for the Gas fired project. The company provided 2 units of 9E gas turbines.
