Description
The project is being developed by PT Jawa Satu Power. Marubeni, PT Pertamina Power Indonesia and Sojitz are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 40%, 40% and 20% respectively.
It is a Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power plant. The fuel will be procured from PT Jawa Satu Regas.

Power purchase agreement
The power generated from the project will be sold to PT PLN (Persero) under a power purchase agreement. The power will be sold at the rate of $0.055kWh for a period of 25 years, starting from 2021. The capacity to be procured is 1,760MW.

GE Power, PT Meindo Elang Indah and Samsung C&T are expected to render engineering procurement construction services for the gas fired power project.
