Davis-Monthan Air Force Base Solar Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 170 acres.
The project generates 31,500MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 5,173 households.

The power generated from the project is sold to Davis-Monthan Air Force Base under a power purchase agreement. The power is sold at the rate of $0.45kWh for a period of 25.00 years, starting from 2014.

SunEdison was selected as the supplier of the PV modules for the project. The company provided 57,000 modules each with 285W of nameplate capacity.
