Description
The project was developed by Three Gorges New Energy Yangjiang Power Generation and is currently owned by China Three Gorges New Energy with a stake of 100%.
The wind turbines in the CTGNE Yangjiang Shapa Phase 2 - I are installed on fixed foundations. An array of three-pile jacket foundations feature in the phase.
The wind turbines in the CTGNE Yangjiang Shapa Phase 2 - II are installed on fixed foundations. An array of three-pile jacket foundations feature in the phase.
The project generates 1,084,000MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 650,000 households, offsetting 920,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.

CTGNE Yangjiang Shapa Phase 2 (CTGNE Yangjiang Shapa Phase 2 - II) is equipped with Goldwind Science & Technology GW 171/6450 turbines. The phase consists of 31 turbines with 6.45MW nameplate capacity.
