Description
The project was developed by US DK Green Energy (Bd). The project is co-owned by US DK Green Energy (Bd) and Wuling Power, with their respective ownership stake of 50% each.
The project generates 145,000MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 100,000 households, offsetting 109,200t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.
The project has 110m high towers.

Power purchase agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to Bangladesh Power Development Board under a power purchase agreement. The power is sold at the rate of $0.12kWh for a period of 18 years.

Fujian Electric Power Engineering, Powerchina Chengdu Engineering and Wuling Power were selected to render engineering procurement construction services for the wind power project.
Envision Energy was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 22 turbines, each with 3MW nameplate capacity.
